True Love

In the world of plus sized women its so easy to be impacted by the way others perceive you many plus sized are subjected to so many
stereo types whether it be that they think that plus sized sit down and eat all day or that they are lazy individuals.

Many plus sized women are so beaten by the misconceptions and the exaggerated response from spectators it creates them to be introverted and widthdrawn.
Not only does the persecution create introvertion and self widthdrawal, it cause them to have minimal contact with the outside world.

Feeling as if they are outcast and don't belong, isolation sets in because when a person is ostersized publicly and made to feel as if they don't belong, they begin to doubt themselves and settle for what little love or attention they can gain.

Starving and wanting so much to belong and to feel wanted it can cause many plus sized women to walk blinded by the mirage of love and friendship they so often can't see the trap many set for them.

Not only from male companions however from friends who subtly make them feel less than what they are.

Sadly the only crime of a plus sized is the extra weight that they carry not an act against the safety of society, not for anything that they stole, simply for extra pounds on their body.

Beautiful Bold Women's Outreach Performance, wants to send a message out there to those who are prisoners of what they have grown to believe of themselves. No one deserves to be treated less than wha they are we are all human beings all have feelings tears, smiles, love, we all have the right to live and not in the shadow of society and its expectations.
There are those whose short comings can be concealed while others are clear to the human eye.

Nobody deserves to be trampled or made to feel as if they don't belong. Pluls sized women are just as beautiful, just as competent, just as productive, just as much able to contribute to society. The media needs to cease from the messages on the ideal body image. More women need to amalgamate and work hard to break down the barriers of harassment towards the plus sized.

Most importantly the women who live in the world of the plus sized have first accept themselves and love them selves enough to make a difference and this is no easy task it can be just difficult using one finger to stop a leaking dam.

The most important aspect to bare in mind is that when someone feeds off of putting another down and gains satisfaction from such inhumane behavior the problem lyes not in the subject under siege rather in the one who believes that hurting and ridiculing others is a method of gaining personal growth.

Getting Up a Thousand Times

The struggle to achieve our goals and reach our destination can seem like a thousand years.

Especially when we battle with the habits and things that tend to have us gridlocked because we gain 20 steps and plunge back to square one faster than it took to gain those 20 steps.

Battling with weight is not an easy entity in particular for those who eat out of emotion and spiritual loneliness.

As a woman who has struggled for weight more than half of my life I can't count how many Monday's I vowed to stay focused and committed to shedding those pounds.

Then by Friday feeling guilt as I enjoy some sinful delight.

As I watch Oprah Winfrey on the weight watcher commercial it makes me feel very much inspired because I know am not alone on this journey and I know that while it is self disappointment when I falter and lose my control with my eating habits and emotional eating that it takes a great deal of strength to number one, acknowledge and also to rise up and try again.

While I can sit and beat myself up for the amount of times that I have failed, I can gather strength for knowing what needs to be done and trying once again.

I have to remember that the goal that I want to acheive is not to fit into society but an goal that I have set for myself.

Once I have established that I want to achieve weight loss and changing my eating habits and my life style I will then find that strength to find other outlets in which to release my emotions rather than by food.

Indeed weight loss is no easy task but its something that is not impossible to be done.

Count not your failures but embrace and hold tightly to the force of strength that kept you when you were eating right.

Living in the world of the plus size can be complex and also painful but we will never find strength in our weakness and our times of falling.

Rather our strength comes from reminiscing our hours of strength.

If it takes a million Monday's one Monday must be that Monday when we achieve our goals.

The key is self forgiveness and motivation to get back on that road even if it takes a thousand beginings.

Analysis Of The Immigration and Refugee Protection Act In Canada

My analysis of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act will be analyzed through two lenses the Social Worker's Lens and the Inclusion Lens. I am studying to be a social service worker currently and as a social service worker and as well in addition to looking through the lens of a social worker the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act does not reflect dignity, respect, or equality for individuals that have migrated to Canada. Through my research of the Act I have found that it does not meet the needs of the target population.

The Immigration and Refugee Protection Act is an extremely selective legislation for an act that is in place to govern the matters concerning immigration and refugee protection in Canada. The Federal government is responsible for this Act. Individuals that are fleeing their country due to political violence whom are in fear of their life as well as individuals seeking to live in a more prosperous and resourceful country such as Canada, are selected based on three criteria. The first criteria is based upon how an individual can contribute to the country economically, the second is based on the country's obligation to portray humanitarianism by protecting those who are in danger and in need of protection, and the third criteria is to promote trade, commerce, cultural and economic health by admitting visitors, students, and temporary workers.

Looking at this criteria through the lens of a social worker these criteria does not promote respect or integrity for immigrants that are applying for protection or status in the country. If an individual who is applying for refugee status in Canada does not meet one or any of the criteria they could be denied an opportunity to live where they would not have to fear for their safety or remain in a country where there is less advantages to living a free life. Why I say that this criteria for eligibility to be granted access into Canada is not conducive to a social workers lens is because of the fact that not everyone applying for status in Canada has access to an acceptable amount of finances, nor obtains sufficient education to apply for status on these grounds.. The above mentioned criteria reflects elements of exclusiveness exercised when selecting who has the right to protection and safety in Canada. As a result the fact that an individual applying for protection in Canada from a low financial background or an individual who's education level does not meet standards will not have the same access to consideration for entry into Canada as an individual who meets the criteria of the selection process. Safety according to psychologist Abraham Maslow is a basic human need which is universal however the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act determines an individual's safety based on these criteria and does not incorporate humanitarianism.

Using an Inclusive lens to view and analyze the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act it shows how the Act lacks an inclusive approach in various ways. Bill C-31 reflects a great deal of how much an inclusive approach was not utilized when this legislation was put into place. The fact that it only took a three member panel to write a report containing 172 recommendations speaks volumes as to how much an inclusive approach was not a consideration when the Act was put into place. Despite the fact that based on the 1996 Canadian census which revealed that nearly five millions Canadians were not born Canadians and the fact that it was found that immigration is a factor that will keep the Canadian economy growing, permanent residents have no inclusion in any decision making that affects their lives in any way. I placed a call to Immigration Canada to confirm that permanent residents have no rights to vote no matter how long they have been in the country. Permanent residents are permitted to work and inevitably pay taxes in the country yet are denied inclusion in decisions such as voting for those who will have an impact on their lives. Permanent residents contribute to the economy when they pay their taxes just as Canadian citizens make contribution however are denied participation in any decision making such as voting for whom they would like to be appointed to govern their lives. An element in the inclusive lens is affirmation which entails systemic decision making voting falls under the category of making decisions and reverting back to the elements of exclusion permanent residents are denied their human rights with such a restrictive policy such as not having rights to vote in place Looking at this factor through the lens of a social worker its clear to see how this does not enhance equality or respect for permanent residents.

Another factor that needs attention is the policy in place for individuals who sponsor their families these individuals are to ensure that whom ever they sponsor must not seek financial assistance from the government when in some cases unexpected loss of employment can occur especially in the time that we are living in. Stipulating that whom ever an individual sponsors does not give this target population access to resources such as Ontario works and in some cases disability that are accessible to Canadian citizens at any time. This adds to the inequality between this population compared to Canadian citizens.

In the description of the elements of an inclusive lens of those elements are the affirmation of human rights . In the Canadian Bill Of Rights an Act for the Recognition and Protection of Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms in part 1 number 2 section "e" states; "that no law of Canada shall be construed or applied so as to deprive a person of the right to a fair hearing in accordance to the principles of fundamental justice for the determination of his rights and obligations". The Bill of Rights does not state that permanent residents are exempt of this clause yet permanent residents are denied access and opportunity to federal court review and additionally deported from Canada without a chance to appeal to a federal court. This factor reveals just how much the Immigration Act does not value those that are affected by their legislation as equal to themselves and Canadian citizens. The matters of Immigration and Refugee Protection are governed by the federal government and it is very ironic that the individuals governed by the federal government are denied access to a federal court for review of their fate. Through an inclusive lens this is a denial of human rights through such a restrictive policy an element of exclusion.

http://www.efc.ca/pages/law/canada/BillofRights.html

Through a social workers lens Bill C-31 is a far cry from considering equality in it's policies in conjunction with the fact that a Canadian citizen has no limits or boundaries to their rights of an appeal upon conviction or a guilty finding no matter what the nature of the crime may be. While at the same time a permanent resident is not privy to the same legal rights as a Canadian citizen which is a bold definition of inequality. As well these factors reflect how the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act does not meet the needs of this target population.

One of the most fearful policy that a permanent residence must face is how easily they can be deported with no consideration to the danger that awaits them upon returning to their country of birth or their access to resources and family in particular for those permanent residents that have been in Canada since childhood. The Immigration and Refugee Protection Act has subject permanent residents to a tremendous amount of vulnerability and an extremely meager amount of social protection by providing them with this limited amount of security regarding their status in Canada. The Act was put into place to ensure that this target population be free from fear yet clearly being vulnerable to being sent back to a country where there is no family ties or in the event that an individual could be facing the possibility of execution in some cases, the policy and procedures in place on how easily a permanent resident can lose their residency in Canada contradicts the Act itself being put into place to ensure and practice safety for their lives.

Before I provide my recommendations to how equality, and a humanistic approach should be incorporated into the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act I would like to address further how this Act contradicts itself. One of the criteria used in the selection process for entry into Canada is an individual's capacity and ability to contribute to the economical growth in Canada. Permanent residents do actively contribute to the economy when they pay taxes by working in Canada yet these individuals have no social protection and are some what segregated because they are labeled as "Foreign Nationals". To label these individuals indicates that when the policy was implemented that these individuals were excluded from the right to live equally to Canadian citizens and most importantly a factor that is important through the lens of a social worker which is dignity for all humanity. To be referred to as "Foreign Nationals" indicates that these individuals are treated as a separate group by the government and not valued in the same scope that a citizen would be valued and treated according to the Bill Of Rights as well as the Human Rights Code in Canada this is a form of discrimination against these individuals.

http://www.e-laws.gov.on.ca/html/statutes/english/elaws_statutes_90h19_e.htm#BK13

The Immigration and Refugee Protection Act as mentioned above is a selective legislation which should be universal based on the targeted population that it serves those who are in fear of their lives and those who seek a better life. A large majority of the individuals that claim refugee status make their claim in regards to their safety and their lives being in jeopardy if they remain in their country of birth. I recommend a more inclusive approach be embedded in the process of making the policies for this Act. The first change that I recommend be the three member panel that made 172 recommendations. The panel should be much larger in numbers as well composed of members that include individuals whom have migrated to Canada. I recommend this due to the fact that individuals that have migrated to Canada have actual experience with having to leave their country for what ever reasons and can testify how certain policies are barriers to maintaining their dignity as well a hindrance to giving them a sense of belonging in Canada. I would recommend as well that the panel also be composed of members from organizations outside of government such as advocacy groups that have a commitment to creating social justice, and promoting equality for everyone in Canada. In the text book Connecting Policy to practice in the Human Services field in chapter 7 it states that having professional organizations can be a vehicle to change in the sense that an outside force may not have the same biases as an inside force. Having a panel that consist of members in the community, as well as members from professional organizations such as advocacy groups would enhance a more inclusive approach to making policies and procedures within the Immigration Act primarily because their focus is on equality and humanity as opposed to economy and selection.

McKenzie, B. D., and Brian Wharf. Connecting Policy to Practice in the Human Services. Don Mills, Ont.: Oxford UP, 2010. Print

In addition to changing the three member panel I recommend that permanent residents be granted the right to vote in Canada. Currently permanent residents have no voting rights in the country regardless of whether or not they are paying taxes nor how long they have been permanent residents. After three consecutive years of paying taxes I recommend that permanent residents be permitted to vote. Without the right to vote permanent residents have no choice in their lives as to who they choose to be their political leader, In other countries living without the right to be included in the election process is classified as communist for permanent residents they are living in Canada under communist terms because of the fact that tax dollars go towards the expense of elections and actually pay the salary of those in political roles therefore they should have the right to have an input on matters that in the end affect their lives as well.

Permanent residents do not have the opportunity to contest deportation orders through federal court which is not inclusive in the sense that through an inclusion lens this is a denial of their human rights through restrictive policies. The irony of this stipulation is that it is the same federal government that governs matters concerning these individuals yet they are prohibited from appealing to a federal court. I recommend that this policy be changed and that permanent residents be allowed to have an appeal hearing through the federal court when a deportation order is issued. In addition to this recommendation I recommend that before a deportation is rendered that any individual who is at risk of losing their life, or has been in the country since childhood not be deported unless their presence in Canadian society has been proven beyond the shadow of a doubt to be life threatening such as murder and other crimes that put the public at grave risk.

The Immigration and Refugee Protection Act is a legislation that affects people's lives in so many different ways such as the safety of lives, the well being of lives, and the integrity of human beings. Incorporating making policies and procedures within this Act should be done through a social workers lens and an inclusion lens for the fact that both lenses view outcomes based on equality, integrity, dignity, and respect for everyone in society. Being an immigrant or a permanent resident or a refugee does not make that individual less of a human being or make them less entitled to the right to live in a hazard free environment and in having to go through the process of being selected as worthy of that opportunity goes against what our country represents which is outlined in the Bill Of Rights, our Human Rights Code, as well as our national anthem which says: "God keep our land glorious and free".

The Immigration and Refugee Protection Act should be modified with the above recommendations to promote a universal Canada not only in name and prosperity as well as in nature. This can not be achieved over night however through education those who view life and social matters through a social workers lens and an inclusion lens can teach others or perhaps prompt others to want to be a part of doing their share to help make a change.

I now conclude my analysis of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act in Canada.

Strong words written by Orlando Meade

LIFE LESSONS;NEVER EVER SETTLE..BAD RELATIONSHIPS ARE POISON..Your life will change for the better when you finally accept and deal with the fact that you have a chronic attraction to poisonous people.Face it.Fight it. Defeat it.Setting a better standard shapes a better life...Let Go Of The People Who,Dull Your Shine,Poison Your Spirit and Bring You Drama..Cancel Your Subscription To Their Issues..

Settling for less is an epidemic with some women..they will settle for way less than they deserve in their relationships. It happens so often when they are dating, and this inevitably results in too much time and energy spent on the wrong man.they end up feeling unsatisfied, unhappy and far from the way they expected Love to feel.

Why do Beautiful,Smart Ladies, settle for less? It starts young. As children most were instilled with the sense that we're not good enough, that somehow they're not worthy of having what they want most..someone to truly love them.unconditionally..These beliefs create a deep fear in women as adults..fear that they'll end up loveless and doomed to die alone.Fear makes women lower their standards and accept whatever a man is willing to give, even if it's much less than they deserve.

How do you know that you're settling for less? It's simple. If the love you're experiencing doesn't feel good, doesn't feel right.if its making you more miserable than happy..your not getting what you should, what you deserve. Too often women get accustomed to their relationships not feeling right.they become immune to the drama, the Saddness, the pain.the Heartbreaks..they don't recognize that they don't feel safe or respected. They don't know what they're missing, because we've never had it.So feeling bad in love ends up feeling normal.

Are you in a romantic relationship or marriage that’s just not right for you,but you’re not willing to risk ending it? Maybe you’ve convinced yourself that things will change or you’ve done something wrong to deserve less than optimal treatment.Or your fear of being alone and feeling unlovable is unbearable..but you know that something is missing.

You may even know intellectually, that nobody should ever have to settle for less than they deserve, but your emotions are conflicted. This may leave you unwilling to take the chance of breaking things off because you fear you won’t meet someone else and will be alone for a long time.Perhaps some of your friends have been single for a while and they complain about how hard it is to meet a nice man or woman.Underneath all of these rationalizations is a deep seated fear of being alone.

The biggest human temptation is to settle for too little..Everyday,people settle for way less than they deserve. They are only partially living or at best living a partial life.not remembering that every human being has the potential for Happiness...Don't accept what's out there because that is all that's out there..Seek out what you genuinely want and don't settle.for The minute you settle for less than you deserve, you get even less than you settled for...A LIFE OF CONSTANT SADNESS AND TEARS.

Sometimes in life we go through different phases. One min we feel that we are finally on the top in our work place, our friendships, and our relationships, and we just feel "FAB".

It does feel great but when we come to a crash course landing it can be very difficult to overcome especially when it feels as if there is no one around to even simply say that its gonna be okay.

Sometimes it seems unbearable and even crash really hard and go through depression, overeating, and self destruction.

Often times it seems as if we are in a pit and at the point of no return.

Those times where we neglect our hygeine, and we are surrounded by empty take out boxes and we let phone line go to voice mail.

Looking back on those dark times we ask ourselves how we got out of that cycle.

The key is remembering that nothing lasts forever and the same way we made it last time we can make it again.

Depression is a force that not even pills can conquer and it takes a lot of self strength and prayers to overcome.

One of the great of looking at things is that once you are down your down and from the bottom the only direction is UP.

Life is something that is not meant to be taken by the clumps its a day by day and step by step one stair at a time.

Living At Large

As a plus size woman its difficult to explain to others what you feel inside and how the world can sometimes be a cruel place when you stand out in a crowd.

As a plus sized person myself I can testify that its not easy at all to step out with a hopeful heart and try to live and simply be a human being and have spectators stare at you or outright laugh and say hurtful and painful comments.

There are many times that I have felt to retreat and remain indoors to avoid the shame and pain that I often feel when I go out there and face ridicule and exclusion.

There was a time when I built my whole life in a way that I stayed at home at that time when I was weighing close to 400 pounds and I could barely walk and felt that I did not belong.

I went through many abusive and destructive relationships which caused me to come really close to death.

It took me having a serious back surgery and being diagnosed with Diabetes to realize that my life was slipping away because it mattered so much what others thought and how desperately I wanted to be loved.

I decided to fight and went to the gym and started to eat better and removed certain hazardous foods from my life.

Not because I wanted to fit in but because I wanted to love myself more than what I did.

With a lot of prayers I was able to stand on my feet and walk and merge back into main stream society even being able to commute to and from work.

While the road is still rough I am now struggling sometimes because I can't handle the exclusion sometimes I feel so badly that I want to relapse but then I remember how far I have come.

You see to all the women out there who feel as if they have no place because of their body image its wrong to allow people to put you in such a place.

Every one has a purpose everyone a contribution and no one deserves to feel less than what they are no matter their outter image.

There is a "Queen" inside every woman and not every one was designed to be the same or this world would be extremely boring.

When you walk with your head held high loving who you are starting from the inside its hard for anyone to get inside and take that love away from yourself.

The world is a large place and it would be like trying to stop multiple holes in a damn if you try to combat the world and some of the cold hearted individuals that we share space with it would be a mission impossible.

Though we can increase awareness on how to perpetuate self worth and embracing inner beauty and learning how to love yourself.

It takes time but it is not impossible to achieve.

There are definitely tools in which one can use and the first is to pray for strength, maintain a smile, and remind yourself of your worth that you are just as much as worthy as the other person.

Dwelling and focusing on the negativity out there will only further drive you to insecure feelings and depression.

I can't say each day is full of sunshine but there is shelter from the rain metaphorically speaking.

The world is big enough even for the plus sized women out there and nothing is wrong with who you are and what you look like and if one wants to make change make change because you want to and not to be a part of society's rule of what one "SHOULD" look like.

~Every Man Has The Right To Decide His Own Destiny fr: Bob Marley~

Responsibility Who Should Take It

It's easy for us to try and lay the responsibility on another because it helps us to escape the harsh reality of facing ourselves and realizing that we do as normal humans make mistakes.

Sometimes we go through cycles where we become so melancholy because it seems as if we need something new in our lives.

Those periods where we feel as if we are stuck in one place. At those points in life is when the subconscious is telling us that we need to make a change.

No change ever comes easy for a matter of a fact and the reason why change does not come easily is for the mere reason that in order to create change we first have to confess and tell ourselves that there is a need for our individual selves to change.

For example in our interactions with other people we can sit and vent for hours on end about the people will live beside or work with or pass by on our daily commute and find 1 million faults and flaws and complain about how they treat us.

Rarely do we sit and think on how we can be a better person or what can we do to change to change the way we are percieved by others.

We try to run away from ourselves and from self reflection because we don't want to face the truth or the fact that what we bring to the table can have an impact on the meal being served to us.

Its easy to say how much we feel wronged and how much the world needs changing yet some of us take a lifetime to acknowledge the need for change.

If we as an individual can't tell ourselves or admit to ourselves that there is room and legitimate reason to change, then we will always remain in the position that we sit in until we really take a look at ourselves and assess the fact that we need to change position and acknowlege the reasons why.

The more self reflection that we engage in the more we get to know ourselves and who we are and thus the journey to change can begin.

The greatest aspect about self reflecting is that only you can hear what you tell yourself.

Sometimes rather than holding the world around us responsible for where we stand we have to carry some of that load too.

Rock Climbing

We often become tired of moving forward in our lives when things pile up on us especially when it concerns our emotions and making choices on those who should or should not be in our lives.

A lot of people say that what we learned or have been through in the past shouldn't affect our present but there are two words “Contribution” and “Factor”.

The messages that were conveyed in our childhood and youth definitely leave us with how we accept certain situations and the treatment we allow ourselves from others.

It is so important as parents and leaders in the community to be vigilant of the messages we give children and young people because those messages take a great deal of work to reverse the way that we think.

In most cases that one little feeling of ourselves can have a grand impact and impede us from growth and moving forward and embracing ourselves and who we are.

No mountain is easy to climb but the more baggage we carry can definitely make the climb seem harder and heavier to bare.

Despite the coding we received as children or in our youth we don't have to carry those bags at a certain age we are old enough to see the world through the lens we chose to wear.

There are ways to overcome the messages given to us by our parents, our peers, and, our partners or friends.

The first step is convincing yourself that you are just as worthy as anyone else, realizing that you have a reason for being here and that carrying baggage from yesterday only makes the journey more exhausting.

Its a day by day basis and if we tell ourselves we are worthless or ugly it will be engraved into our minds and our beings and we will conform to those belief's.

If we tell ourselves every day that we have a chance and a new beginning to prove to ourselves our worth then we will walk lighter without the luggage of our past.

In summary I totally agree that the seeds planted in our minds from our past does come to harvest but we can always be the ruler of what crop we save and the crop we discard.

No mountain is easy to climb and each step can take us to a different ground as long as we are climbing upward its okay to drop a bag or a rock to make it easier on “US” to get to the top.

Doing it for YOU

Sometimes in life we feel so much rejection and hurt and pain living in the world as a plus sized woman.

There is an old cliche that says "Who Feels It Knows It" which is so true.

Often times when we share the pain we feel when we walk down the streets and have to hear awful comments or have spectators staring it really is not a good feeling.

There are a lot of times when we try to share and open up our feelings and friends simply don't want to hear what you have to say unless its hot steaming gossip, or something to do with a man.

Then you sit and think I'll show them!!!!!!!

Doing things just to show off or to prove your worth to the world will not bring you happiness nor will it bring you lasting peace.

Sometimes that gloating feeling is not all that it seems to be and especially when your upset or hurt.

There is nothing wrong with isolation to plan and overcome deep rooted pain.

It gives you time to self reflect and think about the things that YOU are not happy with and not the world.

From past experience and years of growing in the end results its all about YOU and what YOU are feeling on the inside.

If you feel confused the world will seem a confusing place, if you feel angry you will be angry at the world, if you feel sad the world will be a sad place, once your at peace and happy with YOU from within it will illuminate from the inside out.

Always control your surrounding only you can know what you like and what you don't like in your network and environment.

If you want to have friends that don't mind sharing in your journey through the good times and the bad times then seek individulas that share that same vision.

Lonliness should never make you settle or accept people and situations that leave you feeling empty inside.

Most importantly, who you are should never be based on status quo or what others think rather who you are should be the person you are happy with because at the end of every God given day, you will always be with YOU.

No matter who you are or what you look like love and peace and CONFIDENCE begins within.

There will be sometimes when you have to ride alone in order to find the person you want to love and that is the person inside of you.

Those Bends In The Road

The Two Wolves

Rainy and Sunny Days

Its easy to get weary living as a woman in this world.

Most women now a days are maintaining jobs, raising children on their own, and also struggling with relationship problems and fitting into society.

It can be difficult as we face a great deal of discrimination on various levels.

The key to staying a float mainly is the message we tell ourselves.

If we say we can't go on then we tend to remain in that mind set.

If we remind ourselves of the reasons why we have to keep moving and keeping our heads up and fighting the woes of life it makes the struggle that much more easier.

Its always wonderful to set goals even if they are daily small goals that way when you have those moments where you feel to lay down and soak in problems and focus on the things that are hurting us or letting us down it serves as a motivator to keep moving.

When we know what we want it makes it easier if we remind ourselves of where we want to go and where we want to be.

No job is easy, no life is easy, and struggles is inevitable its the management of those struggles that counts the most.

The greatest aspect of life is that it seldom remains the same forever its a reeling constant motion so when the rain seems to be pouring on you just remember the sunshine has to come.
